Noy Elbert "Bert" Brackett, III (born October 17, 1944) is a Republican member of the Idaho Senate, representing the 23rd District (Twin Falls) since 2008. He currently lives with his wife Paula and is the father of five. Mr. Brackett received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at the University of Idaho in 1966.
